Founded in 2016 by Avi Shrestha and Sobi Agrawal, Avi's began as a quiet conviction: that Nepal grows some of the world's most extraordinary coffee — and that it deserves to be celebrated, not overlooked.
Our beans come from the misty highlands of Gulmi, Lamjung, Arghakhanchi, and Kaski — sourced directly from 14 smallholder farming families we've known for years. Every harvest, our team travels to cup and hand-select each lot.
At our Patan roastery, head roaster Dipesh Maharjan develops individual roast profiles for each origin — honouring the terroir that makes Nepali coffee so unique.
